Energy Advisor

I work as an Energy Advisor with a Fuel Poverty Charity. I provide support regarding issues that people are experiancing regarding their energy accounts - tariffs, meters, Priority Service Register, outstanding energy debt, payment arrangements, water tariffs and advice on water/energy efficiency. This can be 1:1 support or talks delivered in group sessions. We also have access to additional support, including fuel vouchers, that can support those experiancing fuel poverty.

 

National Energy Action offers City & Guilds accredited training on energy advice, fuel poverty and decarbonisation. We can also provide sessions on energy efficency to community groups and in schools. We also host regular Fuel Poverty Forums for those individuals and organisations that are interested in fuel poverty and supporting those that are experiancing it.
