Perinatal Mental Health

PANDAS Foundation are the leading perinatal mental health support service, offering free support and advice for every parent and their network who needs it. We offer a free helpline monday - sunday, email support service, online virtual groups for parents, closed group communities on Facebook and uplifting motivational support through our social media channels. All available via www.pandasfoundation.org.uk PANDAS is run by a small management team remotely and a large pool of 65 volunteers all of which has lived, academic and work expereince best placed to offer sound advice and relatable expereince. We have no funding currently and are activley looking for donors and sponsorship so we can expand our much needed support services. 

In the last year our helpline statistics have risen by 240% due to the rise in concerns around perinatal mental health from conception through to birth and beyond.
