I have worked in the early years sector for 15 years. It is certainly a role that requires dedication and passion every day we face many challenges but also the joys of watching our children progress.
I believe that children learn best in an environment that suits their individual needs and that is one reason why I am passionate about outside learning through the forest school approach. The difference I see in some children who would struggle inside is breathtaking.
