Join us for our Tuesday Evening Get Together, a relaxed and friendly space to connect with others, enjoy good conversation, and make the most of the longer daylight hours.
Spending time outdoors and staying socially connected—especially in the evening light—can have a positive impact on mental health. Natural light can help improve mood, support better sleep, and boost overall wellbeing, while social interaction helps reduce isolation and build a sense of community.
This session is all about taking that time for yourself and others in a supportive, welcoming environment.
