What you will be doing:
- To support with relevant administration including weekly reports for the Retail Estate utilising our EPOS system.
- To ensure all Gift Aid processes are carried out in accordance with HMRC
- To maintain and recommend relevant administrative systems to support the business
- To provide comprehensive support to the Retail Office Team Leader, including acting as a point of contact between staff and volunteers in the shops and the Retail Management team (taking appropriate action where necessary), notetaking, handling daily phone calls and complaints professionally, responding to day-to-day emails, and various wide-ranging and occasionally sensitive administrative duties.
- To take responsibility for all Retail Office administration whilst the Retail Office Team Leader is out of office
- Able to work on own initiative and good team player
- Highly organised and systematic but flexible and able to prioritise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and efficient customer care with good telephone manner
- Experience of working with volunteers
- Attention to detail and accuracy with a good standard of literacy and numeracy
