The children LOVE these workshops, which are full of
FUN, LEARNING & CONNECTION!
*SOME of the activities that may be involved:
*lets create some work on some mosaic art to calm our flow and Mind.
*Tie dying to express our Inner self - let it all out!
*Learn a yoga flow salutation, with your breathe flow with words of wisdom ( affirmation)
*lets express our feelings into our body bubbles - connect with your inner emotions/feelings = and lets talk these through!
*breathe and release the balloon game and strike your pose.
