VIBES and Minds = Specialising in children's Mental health & wellbeing.

Let's start teaching children from a young age about their Mental health & wellbeing, bringing in techniques that will last them a lifetime!

We work with 3 main elements BRAIN - MIND - BODY

VIBES and Minds; we work independently, in Schools and also offering out our services to the healthcare services.

Children learn best through PLAY, so all our sessions are made fun, but at the same time they are learning!

A typical session would involve some some Art, music or game therapy!

Here @ VIBES we work independently from our studio ' VIBES hub haven' providing;

• school holiday workshops                                                                            
• weekly group classes
• weekend wellbeing boost workshops 
• 1:1 sessions for children
• 1:2 sessions for Child & parent (carer)
• Child & family sessions
• Child & parent (carer) group sessions
• 1:1 Teenager sessions
• 1:2 sibling sessions
• 1:1 Exam support

These sessions are made for children to gain an understanding & developing role of their wellbeing.

We work with children to gain that Inner belief, inner strength, understanding of self, helping to gain confidence in themselves, therefore dealing with any stresses, anxieties, developmental & learning struggles, life traumas...

Working in Schools we provide bespoke services;

• We provide monthly classes
• We provide teacher support
• We create your Schools Webpage on MH & Wellbeing- collbrating with child, parent & school                    
• We provide extra support classes for those that might need that extra help
• We provide you with extra 1:1 support 

Our concepts are like no other! 

We teach children about their brain functionality (autonomy) understanding how the brain works, connecting an understanding to the Mind, understanding our thought process and how these affect your emotions/feelings, and the effects these have on their body.

We believe that for children's to fully connect with themselves and the world around them that the best way is for children to learn these 3 elements, helping them to gain knowledge, which enables them to sit more comfortably in their life journeys.
