We offer a totally confidential one-to-one email, text and telephone support to any individual residing in or visiting our area that identifies as FTM/MTF Transgender or Non-Binary. We also offer support partners/significant others, friends, family and associates. We also work with companies who seek advice as to how to legally embed and promote 'best practice' for their Trans employee's.
In addition we can organize 'Outreach' support, Peer Advocacy and mediation by appointment only.
Our Mission Statement
To offer an inclusive 'Pan Equality' non-judgmental service provision to all our Service Users. We aim 'raise' Trans and Non Binary Awareness, reduce transphobic and homophobic prejudice. Our hope is that isolation and fear become things of the past.
We are happy to extend our knowledge base and expertise to all sectors by way of engaging in specialised Policy Consultation, advice and signposting. CTSAR Plus can provide quality and in-depth Transgender 'Awareness' training packages to suit most organisations.

CTSAR has been awarded membership status of Equality South West, who supported this service provision along with SWTEN/South West Transgender Equality Network, Cornwall and IOS Primary Care Trust NHS, Cornwall Rural Community Council/Cornwall Mental Health Project and Cornwall Council.

Full Power Point backed and professionally Facilitated Transgender 'Awareness' Workshops, Lending Library, 'Self - Empowerment and Exploration' meet ups, also occasional supported 'Confidence Building' opportunities.
Please note: Due to lack of outside funding, we need to ask for payment by way of 'donations' for our services nowadays to maintain and keep our service running.
Our time, day to day running costs and travel expences can sadly no longer be provided for free - however; we always take into consideration the individual financial circumstances of our 'Members of the public' service users.
