Read Easy North & West Wiltshire (helping adults learn to read in Bradford on Avon, Calne, Chippenham, Corsham, Devizes, Melksham, Trowbridge)
We are looking for a new Deputy Team Leader to join our friendly and focussed team!
Are you organised, efficient, a great team player with good IT skills? We need your leadership, volunteer management and networking skills to keep us motivated, high profile and on schedule. You will be a valued Trustee & active member of our small local Management Team supporting our smooth running, so that we can efficiently and effectively to help local adults learn to read.
In this role you’ll:
- Co-Lead our local charity in partnership with the Team Leader
- Use IT (Teams, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint)
- Use your initiative, work independently & as part of a team
- Volunteer as a Trustee, abiding by Read Easy policies & procedures, with a non-judgemental attitude & respect for others, with a commitment to equality and diversity, so that we can make everyone feel valued & included
- Bring energy & enthusiasm (for an average 5-12 hours per week)
