Join us at Salisbury Arts Centre every Friday for a fun workshop exploring different art forms each week, including dance, music and art. These sessions are designed for under 5s and their grown ups to enjoy together! Please read the information on each weekly session. Some sessions are free, whilst others cost £5 child/£3 adult. Booking is essential for all sessions.
Catch Creative with Emma Newman
Fridays, 23rd September, 18th November and 16th December
To deliver the Catch Creative early years movement sessions aimed at 2-5 year olds, encouraging physical and cognitive development through creative movement. Inspired by familiar themes and children’s stories to engage the young children to participate. Each of the Leaders/Themes of the sessions will be announced in September 2022.
Story Time Movers with Hatti Dawson and Panthera Dance

Story Time Movers are our early years dance sessions aimed at 2-5 year olds, encouraging physical and cognitive development through creative movement. Inspired by familiar story books, the sessions will allow children to explore their own imagination. These sessions form part of a broader ‘Friday Under 5s’ offer, with weekly workshops exploring different art forms.
Start The Music with Jane Parsons and SAYM

SAYM Start the Music! is a series of music sessions that is specifically designed to provide a fun and interactive introduction to music-making. Children learn musical skills and concepts such as pitch, pulse and rhythm through enjoyable activities including singing, games, movement and playing percussion instruments.
SmARTies

smARTies is an early years arts and crafts session, where children develop their creativity by exploring different art forms and materials. Children and grown ups create together through hands-on, multi-sensory activities.
