Role Requirements:
To sell merchandise, collect donations and raise awareness on behalf of the charity at events and locations where the charity has made formal arrangements to attend.
Duties Include:
- To attend events as directed by the charity.
- To receive stock from the charity office, convey to the event and display it in accordance.
- Not to be present at any event that has not been previously booked through the charity.
- To notify the charity of any shortfall or surplus
- To clear away after an event and return items to the charity office.
- To follow all procedures as set out by the charity for the recording of information.
- To immediately report any theft or suspicion of theft to the charity.
- Never smoke or drink alcohol whilst attending an event. There may be designated smoking areas away from the stand.
General Duties
To always represent the charity in the best possible light, being smartly dressed, polite and efficient as you go about your task.
