We have positions available for any caring person who would like to contribute to our mission helping vulnerable families in Wiltshire who need our help.
General volunteering role. Volunteers could help join the team in sorting and organising the donations we receive from members of the public. They could meet and greet visitors and try to locate the items that person requires. They could help generate referrals and generally help keep the wheels moving. There are a great many items that we need to put in the right place.
Shop management. We are looking for someone to help run a new shop. This would not be a paid role, but all the profits generated will go to providing the essential items which have to be bought and to paying the bills. There are no paid staff. We hope any prospective volunteer would have the maturity and experience to manage this important role.
IT and communications. We are also looking for some technical help. We have a social media manager, but we also need someone to help us manage our business more effectively using technology to help us as much as possible.
