At this event we will be joined by Hannah Litherland, Wiltshire and Swindon Funding Officer for The National Lottery Community Fund, who will run through the Reaching Communities/Partnership Grants programme for over £10,000 which re-opened December 2020, plus the approaches the fund like to see in funding proposals.
The National Lottery Community Fund is the UK’s largest community funder and aims to support projects which help communities and people it considers most in need. Over 80% of its funds go to voluntary and community organisations, it also makes grants to statutory bodies, local authorities and social enterprises. Since March 2020, they have distributed over £500m of National Lottery and funding from Government to support communities across the UK. With over 14,500 grants in that period, operating at twice their usual run rate. In England, they have been distributing emergency funding from government through the Coronavirus Community Support Fund (CCSF).
Wiltshire Community Foundation Grants Team will present on our currently grant programmes, priorities and application process.
Previously, we hosted our Funder+ sessions in our Devizes office, this session will be hosted online via Zoom.
