Starting and growing an organisation is hard in the commercial world, but it’s even harder when you intentionally don’t make any “profit”!!! But that doesn’t mean that the not-for-profit world can’t benefit from using some of the tools, techniques and tactics from the commercial world to help develop the way they work.

Sadie Sharp is a former management consultant who launched her own not-for-profit 3 years ago, and from thinking like an entrepreneur and managing The Platform Project like a business, it has quadrupled in size every year and is getting set to move into other towns before it hits year 5.

In this 2 hour interactive session, Sadie shares the commercial and entrepreneurial tactics that she used to drive rapid growth and thrive in a competitive funding market.

Previously, we hosted our Funder+ sessions in our Devizes office, this session will be held online via Zoom.
