We’re looking for friendly, welcoming people to join us as Volunteer Café Assistant in our care home.

This role could involve helping to run our community café – making drinks, serving cakes, and having a friendly chat with members of the community – or lending a hand at special events such as coffee mornings, afternoon teas, or seasonal celebrations.

Many of our homes have café or bar where our residents can relax with a coffee or enjoy a summer evening beer.

Our volunteer Cafe Assistants are fantastic hosts, there to make our residents feel like they've had a day out with just a short wander down to the home's cafe bar. Our cafe bars are a meeting place for residents to socialise, meet their families and generally enjoy a bit of cafe culture without having to leave the comfort of their own home.
