Join in with new yoga and Pilates-based wellbeing sessions for young people aged 14 – 19 in a safe, inclusive environment with Hatti Radford of Define Wellness.
These workshops will offer a blend of:
- Gentle strength and mobility
- Breathwork and relaxation
- Confidence-building through movement
Designed to support young people with:
- Stress and anxiety management
- Building confidence and self-awareness
- Feeling more connected and grounded

Sessions can be purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis for £11, or you can save money by booking all three for £30.
