The Integrated Front Door service at Wiltshire Council provides a 24-hour response to concerns for children 7 days a week, 365 days a year and all staff in the team have training and experience in the support and safeguarding of children.
The service consists of the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), the Early Support Hub (ESH) and the Out of Hours Service (EDS) and is based in one hub in County Hall, Trowbridge.
Virtual Partners include the Army Welfare Service, Youth Offending Team, Probation's Community Resolution Service, Fearless, CAMHS, Children’s Centres and SEND team
If you believe a child or young person is at immediate risk of serious harm or injury, or you believe a criminal offence has been committed, call the police on 999.
If you believe a child or young person is at risk of significant harm, neglect or injury, report your concerns to the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) on 0300 456 0108.
If you have significant safeguarding concerns about someone who is working or volunteering with children and young people, call 0300 456 0108 and ask to speak to the Designated Officer for Allegations (DOFA) for advice, or email [email protected]
