GROVE is an online support service run by Autistic adults for Autistic children and young people. It provides a safe, welcoming, and "neuro-affirming" space, meaning they celebrate and accept Autistic identity rather than trying to change or "fix" the young person. They focus on building trust, confidence, self-understanding, and positive mental health through shared experiences and interests
What We Offer:
GROVE provides three main online services:
1. Individual (1:1) Mentoring: Personalised, child-led sessions with an Autistic mentor. Activities match what the child likes—such as gaming, creative projects, sensory play, or chatting about their special interests.
2. Small Peer Social Groups: Online groups (typically 4–8 young people) led by Autistic mentors where members can make friends, play games, and connect over shared hobbies in a low-demand, relaxed environment.
3. "BEING ME" Programme: A unique 10-week online group course designed to help Autistic young people understand themselves, build self-esteem, and feel proud of who they are alongside peers who "get" them.
