Support vulnerable adults or are homeless or at risk of homelessness

We offer a safe hub of support and expertise in Devizes where our guests can navigate their journey to safe homes and settled lives. 

We care:  We see, listen to and serve all of our guests in a non judgemental environment.

We strive:  We attend to guest needs and work with them to build their confidence to enable them to address their challenges.  We build connections with service providers, facilitating and managing specialist (often multi) agency help. 

We respect:  We are compassionate, respectful and professional and work together in a culture of transparency and trust. 

Last year, 250 different people use our services;

  • 4000 meals are provided
  • 750 calls made on guests behalf
  • 800 food parcels taken
  • 200 clothing bundles collected
  • 200 showers taken
  • 100 laundry tickets issued

In an average week, 40 different people come

  • several have been sleeping rough
  • several have been sleeping on other people’s sofas
  • several are in local hostels
  • some are sleeping in cars, vans or old boats
  • the rest (about half) have a home to go back to but are struggling
