Mental Health Charity

We are an independent local Mental Health Charity based in Melksham providing county-wide services and we are here for you.

We are an independent charity supporting people in Wiltshire who are experiencing mental health problems or emotional distress. Our services are accessible for everybody in our community.

We offer support groups, adult and young people's counselling, mental health awareness training for individuals and organisations. 

We provide low cost one-to-one counselling support for adults who are experiencing mental health problems. 

Our free counselling for children and young people aged 11+ aims to provide a safe space where highly specialist counsellors use a range of creative therapeutic methods to help young people connect to, and express, their emotions. Helping young people develop coping strategies can mean they are able to thrive rather than just survive.

The recent pandemic has had an effect on all of us. Whilst the demand for our services is increasing, our income is reducing. We rely on the generous donations and fundraising of individuals and organisations locally to help keep our Counselling and Peer Support Groups operating. 

We need to raise £465 a day to maintain mental health support for our community. If you can help, please donate today.
