Employer Supported Volunteering (ESV)

Employer-supported volunteering is when your workplace encourages or supports you to volunteer, often during paid work hours or through organised company initiatives. It’s a way for employees to give back to the community while developing skills, building team spirit, and strengthening workplace connections. Many companies include volunteering as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, helping the organisation make a positive impact in the community. Examples include team volunteering days, mentoring, or company-led charity projects.
