Over 99% of the information processed by our brains happens unconsciously, leaving room for unconscious bias to creep in
We are all inherently biased and this influences how we interact with others and the decisions we make about people and situations.
In this active learning session, participants will explore, discuss and discover how unconscious bias can affect their relationships with people and potentially lead to discrimination.
Delegates will discover how unconscious bias are formed and how they can be managed.
They will also learn about the anti-discriminatory principles and discuss how they and their organisation can become more inclusive.
Delegates will discover:
- What we mean by Unconscious Bias?
- How to recognise the natural biases that affect us all
- How to create a more positive approach to difference and the benefits of diversity
