Resilience is the ability to recover, dust yourself down and move on when faced with the myriad of challenges that life throws at us – and the last 12 months have thrown more than its fair share of challenges at us!!
Working in the voluntary sector it can often feel like you put all of your energy into supporting others. However, there has never been a more important time to invest in your OWN emotional wellbeing. Put simply – you need to invest in your own self - care in order to best support the needs of others
In this 2 hour workshop you will understand about mental health, get the chance to reflect on your own emotional wellbeing as well as gaining some practical and do-able tools and coping mechanisms to reduce stress and increase resilience.
