Legs up the wall - relieves mental fatigue and calms the MIND.
Warrior pose - provides a statue of power and confidence, helping us to stand strong and release the tensions , by balancing and connecting .
*meditation- ( not suitable for all children ) relax & calm , bring still and coming back to our original MIND state - Wiping clean to start a fresh !
*mantras - affirmations to yourself , POWER to the MIND.
*pranayama- relax & calm ,breathe & relaxation .
