Sustainable Warminster’s projects and community activities depend on careful, thoughtful management of our resources. By keeping our finances organised and transparent, the Treasurer helps the group plan confidently, build trust, and continue making a positive difference in our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep simple, accurate financial records
- Monitor our bank account and track income and spending
- Prepare basic budgets and clear financial updates for meetings
- Handle payments, invoices, and reimbursements
- Produce an annual report for the AGM
- Support good financial practice and transparency
What you’ll need:
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to use basic spreadsheets or simple finance tools
- Clear communication
- Enthusiasm and dependability; no formal qualifications required
Time commitment:
A few flexible hours each month, plus occasional meetings and busy periods around grants or the AGM.
