As the colder weather sets in and the nights draw darker, we know that getting out in the evenings can feel more challenging. This change often affects the attendance of our Monday evening sessions, so each year at this time we adapt our timetable to better suit the season.
From now on, our Monday evening sessions will switch to Monday mornings.
A Time for Healing and Growth
Our philosophy is simple: during the darkest months, we must nurture ourselves, heal, and grow. With that in mind, our new Monday morning sessions will focus on the healing arts. You can look forward to practices such as meditation, chi gong, yoga, and crystal and sound healing.
- Doors open at 9:30am
- Meditation session: 10am – 11am
- From 11am – 1pm we’ll run a relaxed drop-in with activities and chats. For those who took part in the meditation, we’ll also hold a Q&A session if needed.
Other Weekly Sessions
- Tuesday Drop-In (Quiet Session): A calm space to pop in, find out what’s available, and connect with others.
- Thursday Arts & Crafts: A creative workshop with a focus on making sellable products. A chance to explore your creativity while working on projects with real potential.
